New Female Officer in Lexington Police Department.

This was my first package as a reporter for the Rockbridge Report. I went on a ride along with Lexington's newest, and only female police officer at the time. The interview was conducted in her car during the ride along. This was a fun piece to work on and taught me a lot about how to handle the camera in different situations.

Cn2 Internship Reel.

This is a collection of my work from a summer internship at cn2's Pure Politics. Included are two in-depth packages profiling Kentucky's 2014 U.S. Senate candidates, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Alison Lundergan Grimes, as well as a sample of myself anchoring a block of the program and a brief interview with one of Kentucky's Representatives, Congressman John Yarmuth.

New Electronic Gear for Local Police.

This is a piece from my semester as a reporter for Washington and Lee's weekly broadcast, the Rockbridge Report. I worked on the "Cops and Courts" beat. This package focused on the local police departments' new computer systems. This piece tied into a longer form multi-media story about upgrades to the Rockbridge area's emergency communication systems.
